NOTE: PLEASE STICK TO THE ABOVE TIMES STRICTLY – THE VENUE RULES AND RESTRICTIONS ARE SUPER STRICT – IF YOU ARE LATE, THEN THE ORGANIZERS MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. PLEASE TRY TO GET THERE AS EARLY TO THE OPENING TIME OF 8 AM so that you can be issued trunk timely.
4: WHAT IS THE CUT OFF DATE & TIME FOR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS?
All Online Registrations will CLOSE ON 19th Jun’22
5: I PAID & REGISTERED ONLINE, CAN I COME ON THE MORNING OF 21st Jun’22 to collect my trunk number?
Yes, you can between 8 AM – 11 AM
6: WILL THERE BE A PRICE INCREASE FOR ON THE SPOT REGISTRATIONS?
Yes, there will be Price Increase for On the Spot Registrations.
7. Will there be any flexibility in the weight
No there will be absolutely NO FLEXIBILITY IN WEIGHING IN. There will be a Minimum of 2 Weighing Machines at the Registrations, and you will be given an opportunity to give your weight on any of the 2 Machines, and then whatever the lowest weight is, that’s the weight the Organizers will allow you to register.
8. What color and style posing trunks are allowed in classic physique?
Only Black posing costume is allowed
9. CAN I REGISTER TO PLAY IN MORE THAN 1 CATEGORY?
Yes, you can.
10. IF I WANTED TO PLAY IN MEN’S PHYSIQUE, CLASSIC PHYSIQUE AND
BODYBUILDING, CAN I DO THAT?
Yes, you can.
CANCELATION AND REFUNDS:
1- CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION AFTER REGISTERING FOR THE SHOW?
Please read and review everything carefully, before you pay your registration for any category/categories. No refunds or exchanges of any money paid for Registration/Registrations will be applicable
2 – WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED?
We will refund the Registration Fee to the athletes
3- CAN UIBFF CANCEL ANY CATEGORIES?
Although this is highly unlikely. However UIBFF does reserve the right to cancel a Category/Categories. Something like this would only happen, if the numbers of competitors is very low, or for another significant reason.
4- WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY REGISTRATION FEES IF MY CATEGORY IS CANCELED?
We will offer you the opportunity to play in any other relevant Category you like and if you choose not to play in any category then we will refund you the full amount of your Registration Fee
